Aircobrabant BV is the air conditioning specialist in the Eindhoven region. We have been installing and maintaining air-conditioning systems for both private and small business customers since 2005. We focus exclusively on split, multi-split and VRF systems.
Our team consists of 10 enthusiastic colleagues who go for quality, craftsmanship and a good working atmosphere every day. Within a 35 km radius of our Waalre office, we serve a loyal customer base that rates us highly on Google.

Inside sales assistant / Office support (20-40 hours)
Aircobrabant B.V. - Waalre
We are looking for a proactive and organised employee to join us. In this versatile position, you will be the point of contact for customers and support the team with administrative and commercial work
What will you do?
- Telephoning customers and answering questions
- Managing the general mailbox and ensuring prompt correct handling
- Scheduling appointments for consultants and mechanics
- Preparing and sending maintenance quotations to customers
- Preparing sales invoices and processing incoming invoices
- Scheduling maintenance work and coordinating with mechanics' schedules

Senior Air-conditioning Mechanic - Head of Field Sales (full-time)

Are you an experienced air-conditioning mechanic who can work independently, delivers top-notch technical services and is ready for the next step? Aircobrabant is looking for a Senoir mechanic to become the head of our assembly/service department.
You will be the point of contact, guiding colleagues and ensuring that every installation runs smoothly, tightly and to the highest standards. You will be the point of contact for complex technical issues and guide colleagues in solving the trickiest breakdowns.
What will you do?
- Independent installation of air-conditioning systems (split/multi-split/VRF)
- Managing assembly teams and supervising fitters
- Identifying areas for improvement in technique and execution
- Ensuring quality, safety and customer satisfaction on site
What do you bring?
- Minimum 5 years' experience as an air-conditioning or refrigeration technician
- F-gases category 1 certificate
- Driving licence B
- Leadership, independence and professionalism
